I love running hills

Got out to run some hill repeats today.  It has been a while since I did a workout that focused on repeats and not just hills on the course.  The hill of choice is called “Mother”.  It averages 11% grade over about 400m.  So it is a good climb and did the trick.  Was able to finish fast and did 5 repeats.  Next time I will try for 6 or 7.
